The Helpdesk System is the primary point of contact within Information Services for faculty, staff and students at William Jewell College.
Overview
All users with a William Jewell College active user account are welcome to submit questions or feedback in WJC Helpdesk. We will try to review and answer the messages as soon as possible.
Several recommendations before you submit any questions:
